Our Story
Most 3PL stories start with warehouses and forklifts.
Ours started with a frustrated ecommerce seller.
Before Masterpax, our founder Kevin was running ecommerce brands that relied heavily on FBA, WFS, and traditional 3PLs. On paper, everything was “handled.” In reality, it meant:
- Prep errors that triggered compliance flags and delays
- Bundles and GTINs set up the right way—but received the wrong way
- Generic, cheap packaging that completely ignored the brand’s look and feel
Every mistake cost real money—lost margin, lost rankings, and lost trust with customers.
At some point, the math stopped making sense. Why were brands paying premium fees for storage and prep, only to still chase tickets, explain basic marketplace rules, and apologize to their customers?
That’s when the idea for Masterpax came together:
What if there was a 3PL built from the perspective of the brand—not the warehouse?
One that cared about unboxing, policy compliance, and long-term margin just as much as pick-and-pack speed?
Kevin and a small team of operators and logistics geeks decided to build exactly that—a boutique fulfillment partner that:
- Understands Amazon, Walmart, and DTC from the inside
- Treats returns as a recovery opportunity, not just a cost center
- Knows that a gift-ready box and a thoughtful insert can drive repeat purchases
Today, Masterpax helps ecommerce brands use logistics as a competitive advantage instead of a liability. We’re still intentionally small, still obsessively hands-on, and still allergic to black-box fees and shrug emojis.
